- Holiday / Peak Date Surcharge: $100. Applies to select holidays and high-demand weekends.

- over 75 miles: Custom quote based on distance and travel time; lodging may be required for early or late events.
Mileage is calculated using Google Maps from Clermont, Florida, to your venue. Travel time is factored into scheduling and availability.

Yes! We officiate weddings across all surrounding Central Florida areas. The first 10-20 miles from Clermont are included (depending on the packages). Travel beyond that is billed per mile — 21–50 miles at $1.25/mi and 51–75 miles at $1.50/mi (round trip). For distances over 75 miles, we provide a custom travel quote.
