- Holiday / Peak Date Surcharge: $100. Applies to select holidays and high-demand weekends.
Travel Distances:- 21–50 miles ( $0.70 per mile, round trip calculated)
- 51–75 miles ($0.70 per mile, round trip calculated)
- over 75 miles: Custom quote based on distance and travel time; lodging may be required for early or late events.
Mileage is calculated using Google Maps from Clermont, Florida, to your venue. Travel time is factored into scheduling and availability.
